    Welcome to TravelSafeOne. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our travel insurance services. Please read them carefully before purchasing insurance. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    Acceptance of Terms

    By purchasing travel insurance from TravelSafeOne, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • You must be 18 years or older to purchase insurance
    • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
    • You are responsible for reading and understanding the policy terms
    • Payment constitutes acceptance of all stated terms and conditions

    Coverage Details

    The insurance policy includes the following coverage:

    Medical Emergencies: Up to €30,000
    Medical Evacuation: Included
    Repatriation: Included
    Emergency Dental: Up to €150
    Lost Baggage: Up to €500
    Flight Delays: Up to €300
    Personal Liability: Up to €50,000
    COVID-19: Fully covered

    Coverage is valid in all 27 Schengen Area countries.

    Exclusions

    The policy does not cover the following:

    • Pre-existing medical conditions known before travel
    • Extreme sports and hazardous activities (skydiving, climbing, etc.)
    • Non-emergency or cosmetic medical treatments
    • Intentional self-harm or suicide attempts
    • Travel against medical advice
    • Injuries resulting from alcohol or drug influence
    • War, terrorism, or civil unrest related incidents
    • Damage resulting from gross negligence

    Payment and Refunds

    Payment and refund policy:

    Pricing: €1 per day per traveler
    Payment Methods: All major credit and debit cards

    Refund Policy:
    • Refunds available if visa is rejected or trip is canceled
    • Refunds must be requested at least 10 days before the policy effective date
    Processing Fee: €2.50 per policy will be deducted from the refund
    • Refund Amount = Original Payment - (€2.50 × number of policies)
    • No refund after coverage period begins

    Claims Process

    Claims submission procedures:

    Time Limits:
    • Incidents must be reported within 48 hours
    • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of trip end

    Required Documents:
    • Insurance policy
    • Original medical reports and invoices
    • Receipts for expenses
    • Police report (for theft or loss)
    • Passport copy

    Processing Time: 5-10 business days after receipt of all documents

    Your Obligations

    As a policyholder, you are obligated to:

    • Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
    • Report any incidents or claims promptly
    • Take reasonable measures to minimize losses
    • Cooperate fully in claims investigations
    • Not submit false or misleading claims
    • Keep all receipts and supporting documents

    Dispute Resolution

    In case of a dispute:

    • We encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably
    • You may submit a formal complaint via email
    • We will respond to all complaints within 15 business days
    • If no resolution is reached, you may contact an insurance ombudsman
    • These terms are governed by German law and Berlin courts
